Candle Care
Tips for getting the most from your Rabbit Hill candle.
+ The first time you light your candle, be sure to burn it for at least 3 hours or until the melted wax reaches the edge of the container.
+ Be sure to trim the wick to 1/4" before relighting to ensure an even burn each time and a long life for your candle.
+ After your candle cools, wipe any black residue off of the top with a paper towel and it will look as good as new!
+ When only 1/4 inch of wax remains, it's time to give that candle a new life! Don't burn a candle with less than 1/4" of wax remaining, as it's not safe.
Use a spoon to scoop out the remaining wax and wick, and wipe out any excess wax using a small rag. A dab of rubbing alcohol helps to remove wax and can go a long way in removing greasy residue.
Now for the fun part! Fill your empty Rabbit Hill candle jar with a pretty potted plant, makeup brushes, pens or pencils and so on...
