We always hope that our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we will respond in 24-48 hours to walk you through the process. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging.

If your candle is tunneling it is due to the “memory ring.” Your candle will “remember” where it left off and if the wax did not liquefy to the edge on the first burn, it will stay that way. No worries, however, as this is typically fixable! The next time you light your candle, light it for longer than normal and have the wax melt to the edge, this should undo the tunneling.

To prevent tunneling in the first place, be sure to burn your candle for an adequate amount of time the first time you light it. This means that the melted was should reach the edge of the candle on the first burn. This typically takes around 4 hours with our candles.

Not to worry, this is totally normal! The beads of “sweat” at the top of the candle are from the fragrance that we mix into our candles. This is harmless, but if you want to avoid the beads from appearing, move the candle to a cooler environment, as they typically “sweat” when they are left in a warm room or outside in the sun.
