Eucalyptus, mint, and citronella combine with a light breeze of potted geraniums to create the perfect candle for warm summer nights spent under the stars (or twinkle lights!) Cane is our most outdoorsy and bug-repellant candle.

I remember when I was very young, laying in the warm, wet grass of summer evenings looking up at the sky and giggling with the other neighborhood kids. We could hear our parents talking, laughing and clinking glasses on the patio in the background. We knew that so long as we didn’t bother them too much, we could stay up long past our bedtimes. Our cane candle brings together the aromas of memorable summer nights to transport you back to a time when bare feet, popsicles, and playing in the dirt ruled the day.

Every fragrance used in this candle is a strong bug-repellant scent. This is our hardest-working candle, but we made sure that it’s more complex and yummy smelling (to us humans!) than your typical citronella bucket candle. We think it smells distinctly like a warm, happy summer night spent with friends.

Caning is a method of weaving rattan material to make chair seats and other furniture. Because of it’s inherent durability, cane furniture is often used outdoors and so we thought it was perfectly fitting for our summer-y, bug repellant, back porch candle.
